The Founding Story
A mission born from
personal experience
In 2019, West Michigan native Louis Rios set out on a mission — a mission to begin helping families receive exactly what him and his family once needed: proper home health care.
Following the tragic loss of his father, Louis saw that there was a lack of home care businesses that truly lived up to his standards of what he believed should be available to people in need. The care his family had experienced fell short of what they deserved, and he knew others were facing the same gap.
With his passion for helping others, as well as seeing an opportunity to fill a much-needed space in the home health care industry, Louis opened the doors of Continuum Home Health Care.
Today, Continuum is proud to be a leading home health care service of West Michigan and beyond — serving hundreds of families with the dedication and standard of care that Louis's father deserved.
